1. Overview

This page explains how to request deletion of your data from Lithe Agency’s systems. This page serves as our Data Deletion Instructions URL for Meta platform compliance.

2. How to Request Data Deletion

1. Step 1: Send an email to admin@litheagency.com with subject “Data Deletion Request”.

2. Step 2: Include in your email:

   • Your name
   • Email address associated with your account
   • Platform (Meta, TikTok, Google)
   • Your User ID, Page ID, or Business ID if available

3. Step 3: Do NOT include passwords or access tokens in your email.

3. What We Delete

Upon verified request, we delete:

• OAuth tokens and connected account identifiers
• Cached platform data (campaign metrics, engagement data, audience data)
• Stored content copies (posts, media, schedules)
• Profile information obtained from platforms

4. Processing Timeline

• Acknowledgement: within 7 business days
• Deletion completed: within 30 calendar days
• Backup copies purged: within 90 days

5. Verification

We verify your identity before processing. We may request additional information to confirm ownership.

6. Exceptions

Data required by law, for security purposes, or for ongoing disputes may be retained per applicable regulations.

7. Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once deletion is complete.
