Lithe Agency (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates litheagency.com. This policy explains what data we collect through our integrations with Meta, TikTok, and Google platforms, how we use it, and your rights.

2. Information We Collect

• Account data: OAuth tokens, connected account identifiers (Meta User ID, TikTok User ID, Google Customer ID)
• Ads data: campaign metrics (impressions, clicks, spend, reach, frequency, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversions) from Meta Marketing API and Google Ads API
• Social media data: page/post engagement, comments, audience demographics from Meta Graph API and TikTok Content Posting API
• Content data: posts, media, and metadata published or scheduled on behalf of connected accounts
• Profile data: name, email, profile picture from connected platforms

3. How We Use Your Information

• Ads reporting and performance analytics
• Campaign management and optimization
• Social media content publishing and scheduling
• Social media engagement tracking and analytics
• Cross-platform reporting and dashboards
• Service delivery to our clients

4. Platforms We Access

We access Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Google (Ads). Each platform has its own terms and policies that also govern your data.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We do not share data with advertising platforms, data brokers, or third parties for marketing purposes.

Data is shared only with: (a) the platform it originated from; (b) our internal tools for reporting; (c) service providers under contractual obligation; (d) when required by law.

6. Data Storage & Security

Data is stored in encrypted databases with access controls. Access is limited to authorized personnel. Tokens are stored securely with rotation policies.

7. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary:

• Active client data: retained during engagement
• After termination: deleted within 30 days
• Encrypted backup copies: purged within 90 days
• Data required by law: retained per applicable regulations

10. Third-Party Platforms

Your use of Meta, TikTok, and Google is also governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their data practices.

11. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed in Indonesia and other countries where our service providers operate. We take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate protection.

12. Cookies & Tracking

Website analytics is optional. We load Google Analytics 4 only after you select Accept Analytics. Before acceptance, we do not load its library or send analytics events, including cookieless consent pings. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from using this website.

With your permission, Google receives visit and contact-click data, browser and device information, and analytics identifiers to help us understand website use. When a CTA test is enabled, this also includes its identifier, assigned variant and exposure. A contact click is not a submitted enquiry. Our custom events exclude contact destinations, form values and URL query strings. We do not enable advertising personalization or Google signals in this website integration.

We store your accept or reject choice in your browser for 7 days from the time you choose. Repeating the same choice does not extend that period. Any CTA test assignment lasts at most 7 days from assignment, without renewal on visits. Analytics cookies are configured for up to 7 days without automatic renewal. If browser storage is unavailable, analytics stays off.

Open Analytics Settings in the footer to change your choice or withdraw consent. Withdrawal stops new website analytics events, removes the test assignment and restores the standard CTA. We also attempt to remove this integration's analytics cookies. This does not erase data already received by Google. Google Analytics data retention is separate from these browser storage periods; contact admin@litheagency.com about access or deletion requests. Google's processing is also described in its privacy policy.

13. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we have, contact us for deletion.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. The last updated date will be revised.
