• Account data: OAuth tokens, connected account identifiers (Meta User ID, TikTok User ID, Google Customer ID)
• Ads data: campaign metrics (impressions, clicks, spend, reach, frequency, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversions) from Meta Marketing API and Google Ads API
• Social media data: page/post engagement, comments, audience demographics from Meta Graph API and TikTok Content Posting API
• Content data: posts, media, and metadata published or scheduled on behalf of connected accounts
• Profile data: name, email, profile picture from connected platforms

• Ads reporting and performance analytics
• Campaign management and optimization
• Social media content publishing and scheduling
• Social media engagement tracking and analytics

4. Platforms We Access

We access Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Google (Ads). Each platform has its own terms and policies that also govern your data.

Data is shared only with: (a) the platform it originated from; (b) our internal tools for reporting; (c) service providers under contractual obligation; (d) when required by law.

Data is stored in encrypted databases with access controls. Access is limited to authorized personnel. Tokens are stored securely with rotation policies.

We retain data only as long as necessary:

• Active client data: retained during engagement
• After termination: deleted within 30 days
• Encrypted backup copies: purged within 90 days
• Data required by law: retained per applicable regulations
