Free pickup, a price list, guarantees, and branch information were already available. The redesign focuses on information structure and how visitors choose a service.

Laundry services and free pickup and delivery lead the page. Booking and price-list buttons are also present, below this opening view.
Draft Redesign

Laundry illustrations accompany the new message. “Jemput laundryku” (Pick up my laundry) becomes the primary call to action; the price list remains available at the top.

Choosing a service on mobile.
Customers need to read about services, find a branch, and start a booking from their phones. A two-by-two layout brings service choices and action buttons closer together, with readable text and touch-friendly controls.
Mobile accounted for 38.98% of page views in Statcounter’s Indonesia sample in August 2026. See Statcounter’s Indonesia data. This market figure is not Enso visitor data.

The Design Decisions
A towel mascot, washing machine, and delivery scooter bring everyday laundry scenes to the page. These illustrations create a brand atmosphere; they do not document Enso’s facilities or operations.
One primary action on the homepage
“Jemput laundryku” (Pick up my laundry) is the primary button, while free pickup appears as an offer badge. The price list remains accessible at the top.
This separates the booking and pricing paths while keeping both available.
The offer and primary action sit alongside the illustrations.Service choices with an adjacent detail panel.
Choose a service before a branch
Pickup and delivery, express service, Dry Clean, and stain removal are organized into four service choices.
In the design, the selected service carries into the branch dialog, keeping the customer’s needs in view at the next step.
Express service still requires confirmation from the branch.
A more compact mobile layout
This redesign iteration condenses service choices into a two-by-two layout. Service details sit close to their action buttons.
This is a layout adjustment within the new draft, not a feature that was previously unavailable.

Clearer Branch and Drop-off Information
Mulyosari, Darmo Indah, and Tenggilis appear alongside the list of drop-off points. Location references in the FAQ are also made consistent.
Visitors are guided to choose a service location rather than assume every location handles the same needs.

Contact integration and tracking are still being tested before release.
The visual direction is in place. Release is the next stage.
The current draft includes the new visual direction, service choices, a branch dialog design, and mobile layout adjustments. FAQs provide further service information.
Next steps are client approval, checking that contact paths reach the correct branches, and completing tracking tests before release.
There are no post-release results yet. This draft cannot establish an impact on inquiries, orders, or revenue.
